Welcome to San Photography. By booking or using our photography, videography, or virtual tour services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once the date and time have been agreed upon and any required payment or deposit has been received. Prices are based on the selected package and requirements discussed with the client.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a shoot. Rescheduling is subject to our availability. Deposits or payments may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances and notice provided.
3. Property Access
The client is responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible at the scheduled time and is ready for photography. Any delays caused by access issues, tenants, agents, or other parties may affect the scheduled shoot.
4. Deliverables
Final photos, videos, and other agreed deliverables will be provided within the estimated turnaround time communicated at the time of booking. Delivery times may vary depending on the size and complexity of the project.
5. Editing & Revisions
Our services include professional editing according to our standard style. Reasonable revision requests may be accommodated where applicable. Major changes or additional editing outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
6. Copyright & Usage
San Photography retains the copyright to the photographs, videos, and other creative work produced unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive permission to use the final deliverables for their intended property marketing and promotional purposes.
7. Portfolio & Marketing
Unless otherwise requested in writing, San Photography may use selected photographs or videos from completed projects for our portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.
8. Additional Services
Any services, locations, deliverables, hosting, travel, or requirements outside the agreed package may be subject to additional charges. These will be communicated to the client before proceeding whenever possible.
9. Liability
San Photography takes reasonable care of all equipment and work. However, we are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including access restrictions, extreme weather, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
10. Agreement
By confirming a booking with San Photography, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
